1. Providing real-time monitoring of each individual worker during their shifts

2. Helping mitigate PAGA and other employment claims and violations that can lead to costly penalties

3. Enabling On-demand pay for workers, which allow for ~50% of earned wages to be made available to workers the day after each shift, for FREE early withdrawals to their PACT Paycards.

Step 1: Workers can login with their pin and clock in and out throughout their shift.
