How the Evoove Matching score works

January 09, 20241 min read

Once a new Job Order is posted, all candidates within a list of pre-screened and market-ready candidates will have a matching score generated to each individual Job Order. The algorithm for the Matching Score is based on the following criteria to help narrow down the scope of which candidates rise to the top of the list to inform the shortest path for a recruiter to recommend the highest quality candidate for a job.

1. Relevant skills of a worker’s profile to those on a Job Order

2. Proximity to the worksite

3. Recent Pay Rate

4. Employee & Company Retention Rates

5. Candidate Status (pre-screened or market-ready)
